Scott Bernotas

As the Vice Chancellor of Facilities Management, Scott is responsible for overseeing a team of over 500 facilities professionals and over 140 buildings.  In this role, he leads the management of all University Capital Projects, as well as all Utilities, Operations and Maintenance efforts for the Pittsburgh Campus.  Scott came to the University after completing 29 years of service in the U.S. Navy’s Civil Engineering Corps.  He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and is a Licensed Engineer.
